Inclusion

• Airport Pick-up and Drop Services: To ensure your safety and avoid the natural panic of people entering a new destination for the first time, Apoorva Tours and Treks provides pick-up and drop services from international and domestic airports on your arrivals and departures.
• Airport Representatives: Representatives of Apoorva Tours and Treks will be waiting for you on arrival at both domestic and international airports with an Apoorva banner and your placard for easy identification. Apoorva's identity card will accompany the person for your confirmation.
• Hotel Accommodations in Kathmandu: Based on the chosen trekking package, Apoorva Tours and Treks will offer flexible hotel accommodations in Kathmandu, with selections ranging from tourist to five-star categories, tailored to the specific needs of your itinerary.
• Experienced Trekking Guide: Apoorva Tours and Treks will provide an experienced and government-authorized (licensed holder) high altitude trekking guide during the trekking period.
• Surface Transportation: Surface transportation is included in major cities as per the itinerary provided.
• Flight Tickets: According to the scheduled program, Apoorva Tours and Treks will arrange regular flight tickets from Kathmandu to Lukla and Lukla to Kathmandu for trekking members and guides.
• Tea House Accommodation: Except for camping trekking, Apoorva Tours and Treks will provide you with comfortable tea house accommodations (excluding chain hotels) to stay and eat during the trekking.
• Meals on the Trek: During the trekking, lunch is typically served en route between the starting and ending points of each day's hike, while dinner and breakfast are provided at the tea houses where you have your overnight stay. Apoorva Tours and Treks ensures clean and fresh breakfast, lunch, and dinner with tea/coffee from the tea house's menu throughout the trekking.
• Permits: As Everest Base Camp is within the territory of Mount Everest National Park, Apoorva Tours and Treks provides permits for Mount Everest National Park and the Trekkers' Information Management Systems (TIMS) permit required by the trekking agency association of Nepal.
• Weather Reports: Apoorva Tours and Treks will provide you with weather reports as much as possible throughout the trekking period.
• Insurance: We provide all wages, clinical, equipment, and accidental insurance for all dedicated trekking staff. First aid medical kits are also provided for the group and staff to ensure safety during the trek.
• Nutritious Food: During your trekking adventure, Apoorva Tours and Treks offers clean, nutritious, and fresh food at the tea houses.
• Staff Safety: The safety of our trekking guides, cooks, porters, and staff is paramount. For this reason, we always provide medical insurance, helicopter evacuation insurance, and treatment insurance for all engaged staff with a reputable insurance company.
• Maps: For your convenience, Apoorva Tours and Treks always provides maps of the relevant trekking trails.
• All-Inclusive Pricing: The above offer price includes our official service charges, government charges, and all taxes and VAT. There are no hidden costs charged by us.

Exclusion

• Exploring Culinary Delights: Kathmandu, the vibrant capital of Nepal, is renowned for its diverse and delectable international cuisine. We encourage you to savor the flavors you prefer during your stay in Kathmandu. Therefore, you will be responsible for arranging your own lunch and dinner (excluding the farewell dinner).
• Personal Refreshments: Should you desire packed food, snacks, soft drinks, energy beverages, bottled water, alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, chocolates, or nutrition bars while trekking, you'll need to procure these items independently. The quantities and costs of these items can vary based on individual preferences and consumption.
• Personal Expenses: Expenses related to personal items and services such as trekking equipment, laundry, tips, communication devices (landlines, mobiles, walkie-talkies, satellite phones), and internet access are not included in the package. These costs will be incurred by you when you utilize such services.
• Travel Insurance: Safety is paramount in trekking, and therefore, you must obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers emergency rescue, medical treatment, medical tests, and hospitalization before embarking on your trip to Nepal.
• International Flight and Tourist Visa: The package cost mentioned above does not cover your international flight ticket to Nepal or the cost of obtaining a tourist visa for Nepal. These expenses are to be borne by you.
• Unforeseen Expenses: Additional expenses resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, landslides, political disturbances, strikes, or changes in government regulations are not included in the package cost.
• Extra Personnel: If you require additional support staff beyond what is included in the package, there will be extra charges for their services.
• Additional Services: Should you desire supplementary services beyond those specified in the package, these will be subject to additional charges.
• Gratuities: The staff accompanying you on your trek appreciates gestures of gratitude, gifts, or tokens of appreciation at the trip's conclusion. Tipping your guide and porters is customary and aligns with international trekking norms. It provides an opportunity to express your satisfaction with their services and your overall experience.
