Exclusions

• Tips, Gifts, and Souvenirs: Tips, gifts, and souvenirs for the trekking and tour staff are not part of the package and should be considered as additional expenses.
• Unspecified Expenses: Any other expenses that are not explicitly mentioned in the "Price Includes" section are excluded.
• Extra Expenses from Unforeseen Situations: Any extra expenses arising from various unforeseen situations, such as natural calamities, landslides, political disturbances, strikes, or changes in Government regulations, are not covered.
• Personal Expenses: All kinds of personal expenses are to be borne individually by the participant.
• Additional Costs for Beverages: Additional costs for alcoholic beverages, mineral water, laundry, phone calls, and internet usage are not included.
• Expenses for Tea, Coffee, and Drinks: Expenses related to tea, coffee, hot and cold drinks, and hot showers are not part of the inclusive package.
• Nepal Entry Visa Fees: Nepal entry visa fees are excluded; however, we offer on-arrival services, except for 15 nationalities.
• International Flight Tickets: The cost of international flight tickets is not covered in the package.
• Personal Accident Insurance: Personal accident insurance or helicopter rescue coverage is not included; consider securing these additional protections for your peace of mind.
• Emergency Rescue Evacuation: Ensure your safety with personal insurance coverage for emergency rescue evacuation, if required.
